**Job Title:** Regional Director Board Certified Behavior Analyst

**Salary:** $90,000 – $105,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Director BCBA to oversee behavioral programs in Kaufman, TX.
**Responsibilities:**
Lead and manage a team of BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
Conduct staff training and professional development.
Collaborate with families and stakeholders to enhance client outcomes.
Monitor program effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
**Qualifications:**
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
