**Job Title:** Physical Therapist **Location:** Northport, NY **Salary:** $50 – $55 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Northport, NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
