**Job Title:** Clinical Director – LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1 **Location:** Beverly, MA **Salary:** $80,000 – $85,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our mental health and substance use treatment programs. The ideal candidate will hold LICSW, LMHC, or LADC-1 licensure. **Responsibilities:**

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff.

• Develop and implement treatment protocols.

• Collaborate with community resources and stakeholders.

• Conduct assessments and provide direct clinical services as needed.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
