**Salary:** $100,000 – $110,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director/BCBA to lead our team in providing exceptional behavioral services.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with ABA standards.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor BCBA and RBT staff.
Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.
Collaborate with families and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
BCBA certification required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
