**Job Title:** Hybrid BCBA Clinical Supervisor **Location:** Culver City, CA **Salary:** $80,000 – $90,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Hybrid BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Culver City. This role combines remote and in-person responsibilities to oversee ABA therapy services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Provide training and support to staff and families.

Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in ABA or related field.

BCBA certification required.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
