We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Lancaster, CA. The ideal candidate will support licensed physical therapists in providing care to children with various physical challenges.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist in implementing treatment plans for pediatric patients.
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
Educate families on exercises and home care techniques.
Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment.
**Qualifications:**
Current PTA license in California.
Experience in pediatric therapy preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
