**Job Title:** Clinical Manager (LCSW or LPC Required) **Location:** Colorado Springs, CO **Salary:** $75,000 – $85,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to oversee our mental health services. The ideal candidate will hold an LCSW or LPC and possess strong leadership skills. **Responsibilities:**

• Supervise clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Develop and implement treatment plans.

• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with community resources and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.

Current LCSW or LPC license in Colorado.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
