**Salary:** $85,000 – $130,000/year + Sign-On Bonus

**Responsibilities:**
Oversee daily clinic operations and staff management.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Conduct patient assessments and progress evaluations.
Foster a positive and collaborative clinic environment.
**Qualifications:**
Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
