Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Location: Morgantown, IN

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually

Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing nursing operations and staff schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

    • Qualifications: RN license, BSN preferred, with 3+ years of nursing experience.
