**Job Title:** Mental Health Counselor / LICSW / Supervisor
**Location:** Needham Heights, MA
**Salary:** $80,000 – $90,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor with LICSW certification to provide clinical supervision and support to our team.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns.
Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work.
Current LICSW license in Massachusetts.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
