**Job Title:** Clinical Director (BCBA) **Location:** Bridgewater, NJ **Salary:** $110,000 – $125,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our team in Bridgewater, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and a passion for improving client outcomes.

  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor BCBA and RBT staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
