**Job Title:** Family Stabilization Clinician **Location:** Springfield, MA **Salary:** $54,000 – $58,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Family Stabilization Clinician to provide therapeutic support to families in crisis. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for helping families achieve stability. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with community resources and agencies.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Licensure preferred (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC).
  • Experience in family therapy and crisis intervention.
