**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Location:** Hoboken, NJ **Salary:** $95,000 – $110,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Hoboken, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
