**Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** **Location: Columbus, OH** **Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral analysis and support to clients with developmental disabilities.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications: BCBA certification, strong communication skills, and experience in a clinical or educational setting.
