**Job Title:** CSP I – Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB) **Location:** Blacksburg, VA **Salary:** From $37,140 a year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated CSP I for our Mental Health Skill Building program. The ideal candidate will support individuals with mental health challenges in developing essential life skills. **Responsibilities:**

• Assist clients in daily living activities and skill development.

• Implement individualized service plans.

• Monitor client progress and provide feedback.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

**Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in mental health or related fields preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
