**About the Role**
Join our healthcare client, a rehabilitation facility specializing in post-acute care, as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting patients’ recovery journeys under the guidance of licensed physical therapists.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist in implementing treatment plans for patients
Monitor patient progress and report changes
Educate patients and families on exercises and care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment
**Requirements:**
Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
Current PTA license in the state
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
