Vivo HealthStaff is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a large non-profit organization in Fremont, focused on delivering healthcare services to the elderly.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assess participants’ physical conditions and functional abilities.

Develop realistic, measurable goals and treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and quality of life.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

Valid Physical Therapy license.

Experience in geriatric care preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
