Behavioral Interventionist

Cortica is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to join our expanding team! In this role, you will deliver direct behavior therapy services to individuals with autism and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Monitor and document client progress.

Collaborate with team members and families.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Experience with autism spectrum disorders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification in behavior analysis preferred.
