**Job Description** Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, this position is responsible for delivering therapy in alignment with legal and ethical standards, as well as the YMCA of San Francisco’s mission. This clinic-based role involves maintaining a supportive environment for clients. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

**Requirements:**

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Valid state licensure or certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
