Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.

Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Provide training and support to families and staff.

Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform decisions.

Requirements:

BCBA certification required.

Experience in ABA therapy with children preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
