**Job Description: Behavior Technician**
The Behavior Technician provides educational and behavioral support to children and adults with special needs. This role involves collaboration with school professionals and behavioral specialists to meet learning and behavioral goals.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Monitor and document progress towards goals.
Assist in developing educational materials and strategies.
Communicate effectively with families and team members.
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology or related field preferred.
Experience working with individuals with special needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Certification in behavior analysis or related training is a plus.
