**Physical Therapist** Our client is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional care with minimal supervision. You will create individualized treatment plans, oversee assistants and aides, and play a key role in case management to ensure optimal patient outcomes. **Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor therapy assistants and aides
• Conduct patient assessments and progress evaluations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

**Requirements:**

Licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant state

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in a clinical setting preferred
