**Job Summary:** The chaplain offers spiritual support and counseling to hospital patients, families, and staff with cultural sensitivity. As a vital member of the interdisciplinary patient care team, the chaplain engages in patient care planning and documents relevant interventions. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide spiritual care and counseling to patients and families.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams in care planning.

• Document all spiritual interventions accurately.

• Conduct religious services and rituals as needed.

• Offer support to staff in coping with emotional challenges.

**Requirements:**

Master’s degree in Divinity or related field.

Board certification in chaplaincy preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
