**Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated professional with a minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience to join our team in Alameda, CA. **Location:** Alameda, CA 94501 **Shift:** 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM **Start Date:** 7/29/24 **Responsibilities:**

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.

• Monitor and document patient progress and changes.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal care.

**Requirements:**
  • Minimum 1 year of LTC experience.
  • Valid nursing license or certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
