Job Description

**Salary Range:** $105,000 – $115,000 annually **Workdays:** Monday – Friday **Work Hours:** 8:00 am – 4:30 pm **About St. Anthony’s:** Founded in 1950, St. Anthony’s is the leading safety net service center in San Francisco, offering food, clothing, medical care, and addiction recovery services. **Responsibilities:**

• Oversee daily operations and staff management.

• Develop and implement program strategies.

• Collaborate with community partners for resource allocation.

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in nonprofit management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Passion for community service and social justice.
