**Job Title: Activities Therapist** **Job Description:** The Activities Therapist is responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities for patients at the PACE center. This role includes training activity aides and leaders on new activities, delegating assignments, and supervising their performance. The therapist may also provide health assessments and support patient well-being. **Responsibilities:**

Design and execute therapeutic activities tailored to patient needs.

Train and mentor activity aides and leaders.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care.

**Requirements:**

Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field.

Experience in a healthcare or therapeutic setting.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
