Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans.
Support patients in daily living activities to enhance their independence.
Monitor patient progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
Requirements:
Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
