Job Description

Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Family Support Services, the Mental Health Specialist will deliver therapeutic direct services, including one-on-one counseling and group facilitation, through a trauma-informed approach. The role ensures the provision of high-quality mental health services to the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

    • Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure as a mental health professional.
  • Experience in trauma-informed care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
