Job Description

Consonus Healthcare, a contract rehab and long-term care pharmacy provider within the Marquis Companies family, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors. We offer Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services in skilled nursing facilities and continuing care settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality therapy services to seniors.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to create individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

    • Requirements:

  • Valid state licensure in PT, OT, or SLP.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in long-term care preferred.
