**Position Overview:** This role involves planning and organizing scrub and preparation tasks for surgical patients. You will collaborate with RNs, surgeons, and the entire healthcare team while upholding AORN standards.
**Responsibilities:**

Prepare surgical instruments and equipment.

Assist in maintaining a sterile environment.

Communicate effectively with the surgical team.

Monitor patient safety and comfort.

**Requirements:**

Certification in surgical technology.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Knowledge of AORN standards.

Previous surgical experience preferred.
