Job Description
**Position Definition:**
Under the general supervision of the Principal Investigator and Nurse Coordinator, this per diem position involves performing transthoracic echocardiograms and assisting with transesophageal echocardiograms in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. Employment is contingent upon funding.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct transthoracic echocardiograms accurately.
Assist in transesophageal echocardiograms as needed.
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
**Requirements:**
Certification in echocardiography.
Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
