**Position: Production Operator / Assembly Line Worker**
As a Production Associate at Aerotek, you’ll:
Pull order forms to identify required products for production.
Retrieve products from the warehouse and deliver them to the production floor.
Assist in assembly line operations and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
**Responsibilities:**
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a production or assembly role preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
