**Job Summary** Responsible for the preparation of food items and maintaining food service facilities in a clean and sanitary condition. Performs related tasks as needed. **Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes.

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.

• Assist in inventory management and food storage.

• Follow safety and health regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service.

**Requirements:**
  • Valid California Driver’s License.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (to be obtained within the first 3 months of hire).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
