Job Description
We are seeking an experienced per diem Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for the Alameda County area, including Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, and Hayward. ACE Home Health & Hospice is a locally owned and operated organization with offices in Orinda and Santa Clara.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Requirements:
Valid CHHA certification.
Previous home health experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
