Position at Smith Ranch Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Location: San Rafael

Hourly Wage: $32 – $34/hr

Per Diem Only – AM & PM Shifts Available (No Full-Time Shifts)

Gas stipend available based on distance & bridge toll reimbursement!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care to residents
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • Administer medications as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate patient records

    • Requirements:

  • Valid nursing license
  • Experience in skilled nursing preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
