**Job Title: Direct Support Professional/Caregiver**

Are you passionate about making a daily impact in someone’s life? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will work in community settings alongside our clinical team to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans. Your role will involve providing assistance and strategies to help individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities
  • Implement and monitor therapeutic plans
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement
  • Document progress and communicate with the clinical team

    • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
