Our services include adoption, mental health support, senior care, disability services, and financial assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide direct support and counseling to clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans.
  • Collaborate with community resources and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in case management preferred.
