Job Description

**St. Paul’s Towers** **Summary:** Under the supervision of the Director of Resident Services/Charge Nurse or their designee, the Caregiver delivers essential nursing assistant services to residents. Care is provided in accordance with established policies and procedures. **Responsibilities:**

• Assist residents with daily living activities

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health

• Maintain a clean and safe environment

• Support residents’ emotional and social needs

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
