**Job Description: VITAS Home Health Aide (HHA)**
The VITAS Home Health Aide (HHA) is a non-exempt position responsible for delivering personal care and support services to hospice patients, complementing the care provided by family members and other caregivers.
**Assigned Responsibilities:**
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certified Home Health Aide or equivalent training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
