**Job Description** Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Specialty Services and the Dental Assistant Supervisor, as well as the general oversight of a licensed dentist, the Dental Assistant (DA) performs supportive dental procedures in accordance with the Dental Board of California’s codes and regulations. **Responsibilities:**

• Assist dentists during procedures

• Prepare and sterilize instruments

• Take and develop dental radiographs

• Maintain patient records and manage appointments

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of an accredited dental assistant program

Current California Dental Assistant license

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
