**Position Overview:** As the initial point of contact for patients at our outpatient facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience.
**Responsibilities:**

Greet and assist patients upon arrival.

Manage patient check-in and scheduling.

Answer phone inquiries and provide information.

Maintain patient records and confidentiality.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Proficient in computer systems and software.
