Tesla is looking for an Industrial Hygienist to oversee health risks in battery and vehicle manufacturing. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise and leadership to implement engineering solutions throughout factory design, construction, commissioning, and production.
Responsibilities:
Assess and mitigate health risks in manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement safety protocols and training programs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance factory design.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene or related field.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
