Safety Manager

**Description:** Our client is looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead health and safety initiatives at their manufacturing facility in Northern California. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Program Leadership: Develop and implement site-specific Health and Safety programs.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies.

• Training: Conduct safety training sessions for employees.

• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations of safety incidents and implement corrective actions.

• Reporting: Prepare and present safety performance reports to management.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in safety management within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
