Job Description

An internationally recognized Top 30 AM Law Firm is looking for an IP Trademark Associate to join their Tier 1 ranked practice group on the West Coast. This position is available in the firm’s Seattle, Sacramento, San Francisco, Menlo Park, LA, Santa Monica, Irvine, and Portland offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage trademark portfolios and conduct clearance searches.
  • Draft and file trademark applications.
  • Advise clients on IP strategy and enforcement.
  • Assist in litigation and dispute resolution.

    • Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in the relevant state.
