**Job Description**

As a Campus Safety Officer, you will:

  • Monitor on-campus activities through patrols by car or on foot.
  • Report violations of university rules, regulations, and applicable laws.
  • Escort members of the university community with temporary disabilities across campus.
  • Respond to threats of emergency or violence promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and provide safety education to students and staff.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in criminal justice preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Previous security or law enforcement experience is a plus.
