**Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)**
**Summary:** Conexess Group is assisting a healthcare client in their search for a CISO. This is a fully remote, full-time position, and candidates must be eligible to work on W2. Reporting to the Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO), the CISO will lead the organization’s information security strategy.
**Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Oversee risk management and compliance initiatives.
Lead incident response and recovery efforts.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security measures.
Conduct security awareness training for staff.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in information security leadership.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH).
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
