Job Description

**Job Title: Code Enforcement Supervisor (COH)** **Description:** Under the general direction of the Neighborhood Partnership Manager, the Code Enforcement Supervisor plans, coordinates, and implements the Community Preservation Program, Residential Rental Inspection Program, and various aspects of Affordable Housing initiatives. **Responsibilities:**

• Oversee code enforcement activities and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Manage staff and provide training on enforcement procedures.

• Collaborate with community stakeholders to promote housing standards.

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of inspections.

• Address community concerns and resolve disputes related to code violations.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in code enforcement or housing programs.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
