**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced ART Lab Professional to oversee all functions within our Assisted Reproductive Technology laboratory. This role serves as a key resource for problem-solving and addressing technical inquiries, particularly in advanced embryology techniques. **Responsibilities:**

• Perform all ART laboratory procedures, including IVF and ICSI.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.

• Mentor and train junior staff on laboratory protocols.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality control.

• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

**Requirements:**

Master’s degree in Reproductive Biology or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in an ART lab.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Certification by a relevant professional body preferred.
