• Lead SOX compliance initiatives and assessments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal controls.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop remediation plans.

• Prepare and present findings to senior management.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

5+ years of experience in SOX compliance or internal audit.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
