**Job Title: Associate Director, Formulations and Delivery** **Location: South San Francisco, CA** **About Our Client:** Our client is pioneering a non-viral gene therapy platform designed to accurately target multiple organs, enabling the delivery of large payloads in diverse formats. **Responsibilities:**

• Lead formulation development for gene therapy products.
• Oversee delivery system design and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct stability studies and data analysis.
• Mentor and guide junior scientists.

**Requirements:**

Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.

5+ years of experience in drug formulation and delivery.

Strong knowledge of gene therapy technologies.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
